Private Residence, Weston, MA

Having lived for several years in a quaint but rather dark Tudor house, our clients were looking forward to life in a sunny, symmetrical Georgian house.  Their sloping, two-acre property was terraced to create an elevated forecourt on the road side and a level lawn on the garden side.  Georgian details such as rusticated quoins, a modillion cornice, and Doric columns add interest to the exterior.  Similar care was devoted to interior details: each of the main rooms has a unique mantel, cornice, chair rail, and baseboard.
