A chapel for the reservation of the Blessed Sacrament was an integral part of Patrick Keely’s design for the Cathedral of the Holy Cross.  Restoring the run-down Chapel involved recreating the walnut wainscot (based on photographs of the lost original), adding new cherry flooring, and refinishing the original walnut pews.  The architects designed the new marble altar, gilded bronze tabernacle, and walnut furniture.
